Our Mission
To make your perfect pot of chili. I've been chasing the perfect recipe for forty years. While this may not be perfect to everyone, I've created a blend of spices that will make practically anything taste like chili. Beef, Venison, Duck or Turkey will make an excellent pot of hearty, delicious chili. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Come get a taste of the South. All of our ingredients are sourced from local vendors right here in Sweet Home Alabama. Gather around the table with family, friends, and neighbors to slow down and enjoy a bowl of red that is sure to make everyone happy.
